Lane Community Health Council is pleased to announce the recipients of our first annual 2023 Community Benefit Initiative (CBI) grants. Through this process in 2023, Lane Community Health Council has invested in the community to address community health needs surrounding Food Insecurity.
Lane Community Health Council is pleased to announce the recipients of our second annual Community Initiative Grants! Through this process in 2023, Lane Community Health Council has invested in upstream solutions that address community needs surrounding Youth Behavioral Health.
The CHA/CHP is implemented in collaboration with Lane Community Health Council, Lane County, PeaceHealth Oregon Network, Trillium Community Health Plan, United Way of Lane County, and the community to help improve health and wellbeing. PacificSource Community Solutions and Lane Community Health Council have been an active partner in Lane County’s most recent Community Health Improvement Plan. As a part of this work, Lane Community Health Council adopted the 2018-2019 Community Health Assessment as a fundamental building block to this work.
