Community Vaccine Clinic – Splash!

Lane County Public Health, in partnership with Splash! is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Monday, August 23rd and Monday August 30th from 4:00-6:00 pm at Lively Park.

Location: Lively Park – Outdoors

6100 Thurston Rd, Springfield, 97478

Vaccine: Pfizer, J&J and Moderna (for the 2nd dose)

Walk-ins are welcome at all Lane County Public Health Clinics. You do not need insurance and there is no charge of any kind for the clinic. We will not ask about ID or immigration status. Las personas sin cita previa serán atendidas en todas las Clínicas de Salud Pública del Condado de Lane. No necesita seguro médico y no hay costo alguno por la clínica.
