Community Vaccine Clinic – Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services

Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services and Lane County Public Health are hosting a COVID- 19 vaccine clinic on Sunday, November 14th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Location: Lane County Health and Human Services Building

Vaccines: Pfizer

***Vaccine for 5-17 year old’s by appointment only. For assistance scheduling, call the Lane County Public Health COVID Call Center at 541-682-1380.

• Lane County Public Health is scheduling clinics in partnership with schools and community centers throughout Lane County. You can check the current schedule and sign up at www.lanecounty.org/vaxclinics or by calling (541) 682-1380.
• Lane County Public Health clinics are typically located in large open spaces such as gymnasiums, auditoriums, or community centers. If your child needs a more private space to be vaccinated, please speak with your pediatrician or family practice doctor.
• For many children the most comfortable and familiar place to receive vaccinations is with the family’s trusted pediatrician or family practice doctor.
• For children with complex health needs their personal provider is the most appropriate location for accessing vaccinations.
